So when you use the calculator you only need to punch in the full squat and full deadlift.and just place '1' in the others (or some other random number.the higher it is the cooler you will look when someone picks up your program). I am only telling you this, because I spent a couple weeks trying to find my max on the 4 rack heights.when I didnt need it.
